Today is the last day of our workout series which of course you can tomorrow restart at day 1. But before doing so, let’s focus on today. Today 56 exercise are awaiting you so make sure to stay focused and really give it your everything! After every round you’ll get a one minute break before the next one kicks in. Day 7 exercises are as follows: 1. Burpees 2. Abs: Cycling Crunches 3. Shoulder Lifting 4. Squad Jumps 5. Side Hip/Abs Raises 6. Water Jug Back Pull 7. Sprint Stairs / Sprint on One Spot 8. Spiderman Push Up To recap: Every round consists of the 8 exercises explained above. Each exercise lasts 50 seconds. After each exercise you have a 10 seconds break to transition to your next exercise. You have completed one full round after 8 exercises and will get one minute of recovery before the next round starts. In total, 7 rounds are awaiting you including an ocean of endorphins.
