Squad Jumps 7. Cycling Abs 8. Glutes Bridge In total: Seven rounds, eight exercises per round. Each exercise lasts 50 seconds and 10 seconds break between each exercise. Between each round you will have a one-minute break to rehydrate and take a deep breath.
