Hello Everyone, We are back!!! I know you all missed us, but have no fear, the videos are back. We spent about a month on this beautiful Island called Ometepe in Nicaragua at a place called InanItah. A spiritual community focused on helping people heal through meditation, yoga, cacao ceremonies, and biodynamic breathwork. In this episode we take part in a cacao ceremony where individuals drink cacao, and share what they would like to bring into their lives. Drinking Cacao is supposed to open up the heart chakra. The cacao ceremony is followed by Ecstatic Dance, and usually late night swim and a dip in the hot tub.
