Arequipa was listed as one of the best cities to visit by Lonely Planet. Hence we made sure we made a stop here, even if for a few hours. It is also called the White City of Peru because of all the white colonial buildings made of sillar. It is also covered by three volcanoes, and one of the best activities to do here, if you have more time than us, is to hike the Colca Canyon! Later, after exploring Arequipa, we spent half a day in Miraflores Lima, and then an hour checking out the murals and wall graffitis at Barranco. Best 1 hour walking around Lima ever.
