๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ ๐—–๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—น ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿง† ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐˜† ๐—•๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐Ÿซ featuring Lisa Fabris using our Top blenders: Optimum Evolve and Optimum G2.6. ********** ๐Ÿ’š ๐—–๐—›๐—œ๐—–๐—ž๐—ฃ๐—˜๐—” ๐—–๐—จ๐—ฅ๐—ฅ๐—ฌ ๐Ÿ›ย  ย  Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion (Chopped) 1 tsp Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 15oz (425g) Cans Chickpeas (Drained) 1 14oz (400ml) Can Chopped Tomatoes 1 14oz (400ml) Can Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar Sea Salt and Black Pepper (To Taste)ย ย  Instructions: - Add the olive oil into the evolve blender along with the chopped onions, crushed garlic, garam masala, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric and cayenne pepper and cook for 10 minutes at 90 degrees Celsius. Add the chickpeas, chopped tomato and coconut milk and cook for 10 minutes at 90 degrees Celsius. - Add coconut sugar and mix in. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste. - Serve over basmati rice or cauliflower rice with some fresh cilantro. ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ’š ๐—™๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—”๐—™๐—˜๐—Ÿ๐—ฆ ๐Ÿง† Ingredients: 1 cup (160 g) onion, roughly chopped ยฝ cup (8 g) fresh cilantro ยฝ cup (30 g) fresh parsley 4 garlic cloves 2 cups (200 g) cauliflower, cut into florets 1 zucchini, roughly chopped Zest of 1 lemon 2 teaspoon cumin ยผ teaspoon chili powder ยฝ teaspoon turmeric ยฝ cup (48 g) almond flour 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper Coconut oil, melted Vegetable oil to pan fryย ย  Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C). - In the blender, blend the onion, cilantro, parsley, and garlic until finely minced. (you can use the pulse function to make sure they're not over blended) Set them aside in a large bowl. Repeat the process with the cauliflower and the zucchini; add to the bowl with the onion mixture. - Add the lemon zest, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, almond flour and flax seed mixture to the bowl. Combine everything well; season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes. - Spread some melted coconut oil over a baking sheet. Form medium-sized balls of the falafel mixture with your hands and place them on the baking sheet. Brush some more oil over the falafel and place in the oven. - If youโ€™re cooking them in the oven, bake for 40 minutes. Halfway through, turn the falafel and brush them with some more oil. If youโ€™re cooking them on the stove, pre-heat a generous amount of coconut oil in a large sautรฉ pan placed over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then add the falafel, browning them on the first side for 4 minutes, then flipping them once and browning the second side until the mixture is cooked throughout. ๐Ÿ’š ๐—ฅ๐—”๐—ช ๐—•๐—ข๐—จ๐—ก๐—ง๐—ฌ ๐—•๐—”๐—ฅ ๐Ÿซ Ingredients: Desiccated coconut (or coconut flour if you like) Coconut milk Dark chocolate Maple syrup Instructions: - Throw all the ingredients (apart from the chocolate) in the blender, and mix for 30 seconds until combined. With the help of your hands shape small amounts of the coconut mixture into bars. Arrange your coconut bars on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, or pop them in the freezer for 15 minutes. While the homemade bounty bars set in the fridge/freezer prep the chocolate. - Melt the chocolate (you can use regular chopped chocolate or chocolate chips) in a microwave or in a heat-proof bowl over a pan with boiling water ( this process is called bain-marie). Then arrange the bars on a wire rack and cover each one of them with melted chocolate. You can also simply pour the melted chocolate over each bar, and allow the chocolate to set.
