Add the flour, water, olive oil and salt into the blender jug. Blend till smooth. Set batter aside while oven preheats to 200C. 2. When oven reaches temperature, place skillet (with some oil in it) into the oven for 5 minutes. 3. After five minutes, remove the skillet from the oven and pour batter into the hot pan, swirling to cover the bottom as necessary. 4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until just beginning to lightly brown on top and edges are golden. Add the toppings: 1. Remove from oven. Brush pizza sauce over crust. Top with desired toppings. 2. Return pan to oven for 10 minutes or cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
