"When life gives you lemons, make a juice with your Froothie" 😚🍋 ********** 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲: 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 - 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝟰 1 Onion, cut in quarters, 2 cloves of garlic, 50g butter, 1-2 teaspoons ground cumin, 10-20g olive oil, 40g crunchy peanut butter, 40g sweet chili sauce, 800g sweet potato, cut into 2-3 cm cubes, 600g chicken stock, Sour cream to serve, Fresh coriander or parsley to serve. 1. Add onion and garlic to TC ProM Bowl, chop 5 seconds/speed 7, scrape down the sides. 2. Add butter, olive oil and cumin. Sauté 4 mins/120deg/speed 1, measuring cup off. 3. Add peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, sweet potato and chicken stock to bowl. Cook 25 mins/100deg/speed 1, Measuring cup on. 4. Blend 1 minute/speed 4-8 increasing speed gradually. (if jug temperature is over 60deg it won’t go over speed 4) Serve with a teaspoon of sour cream and fresh coriander or parsley.
