In TCM pro bowl, add water, peanut butter and sweet chilli sauce. Mix at speed 4, 40°C for 2 mins (don't let it overheat). 2. Add yeast and mix for 20 seconds at speed 2, then leave for 5-10 minutes until frothy. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix into a dough, using the reverse blade function at speed 2, for 40 seconds. 4. Using the reverse blade function at speed 2, knead for 10 mins, until smooth and elastic. Cover and place in a warm spot for 1 1/2 hours, until doubled in size. 5. Divide dough into 6. Roll each into an oval roughly 1-2cm thick. Place a square of baking paper over one half of each bun, then fold over. Cover and leave in a warm place for 30 mins. 6. To prepare the Thermocook for steaming, fill the bowl about halfway with water. Arrange buns on the steaming baskets.
