She'll show you how to make 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 so that you can share a delicious sweet dessert with your friends and family. ********** 🎅🏼🍮 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗬 𝗧𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗨𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 PREP TIME: 20 minutes TOTAL TIME: 50 minutes YIELD: 4 puddings Bake at 175 C or 350 F for 30 min (Refined sugar-free, low fat, vegan, grain-free) 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 1 cup (200g) dates 3/4 cup (120g) boiling water 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup (125g) cashew butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup (30g) coconut flour 1/4 cup (30g) corn starch 1/4 tsp salt Instructions: Pre-soak dates in boiling water with baking soda for 30 min Add dates, cashew butter, vanilla, lemon juice, baking soda, water into the blender, pulse to make sure there are some dates chunks left. Then add the coconut flour Finally add corn starch, combine without over blending, and gently pour the mixture into the muffins tray making them leveled and flat as while cooking they will rise. You can always cut the top off to make them lay flat on the plate Decorations: I used ground pistachios (pistachio dust) And pomegranate seeds.
