Music: Duel of the Fates Composer: John Williams I am most likely influenced by nostalgia because I was 8 at that time but I like this movie. A lot of people try to do their modern version trailer with the current soundtrack from Episode VII trailer. But I think the soundtrack for this movie was great, especially the one where his pod-racer caught on fire or the one played during Anakin's escape from the droid control battleship as it was exploading (Tide Turns). Not to mention Duel of the Fates. Also, I wanted to cut it in a way that shows more of the main story, which was the invasion and occupation of Naboo. And add some bits here and there. Something for a person who has never seen Star Wars before. The original trailers are built around Anakin because they find him along the way to Coruscant. Yes, he plays fairly important part in the movie but to me, Anakin is like Magneto in Days of Future Past. They rescue him because they need him and bring him along the way with them. But the movie was about going back to the past and saving the future this way. I guess there are multiple ways to cut a trailer for this but I had the most work with combining the soundtracks and I am glad it turned this way.
