Funky Dineva's video: Carlisha Hood Charges Dropped Lawsuit Against City Ajike Owens

This Carlisha Hood situation has Black America in an emotional uproar. There are so many nuanced issues that have arisen from this altercation. The charges that were once filed against Hood and her son have now been dropped. However, Hood is now planning to sue the city. Is she looking a gift horse in it's mouth? In the case of Ajike Owens, the Black community seems to be upset because Susan Lorincz will not be charged with murder, but manslaughter instead. However, the state has said that they don't have sufficient evidence to confidently secure a conviction on a murder charge, but feels confident that they can get her on manslaughter. Note, the manslaughter charge comes with a maximum sentence of up to 30 years. Should we cool down a little bit and roll with the manslaughter charge in lieu of the murder charge? Let's discuss...
