This is the Older Cicada loyalty variant. It was cursed with only 4 energy hardpoints. and i know some will say you should use Large pulse. But no just dont do that just yet. Try 4x med pulse with Firepower tree maxed. Operations half maxed at least and mobility get all you can. Sub to my channel if you love mwo. It will be an amazing thing and ill be happy very very happy forever. forever and ever. The mech already comes stock with -20% energy cooldown. Plus the extra 10 to 15 puts you at 35 cooldown if im stretching it lol. Its fast. trust me. Light engine. Only issue is you got to play squirrely. and stay withing optimal range.
