Jack Welch, a 6-year-old from Chandler who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia at the age of four, will serve as the honorary race starter for the fourth installment of GCU's Run to Fight Children's Cancer on March 8. GCU Today visited the Welch family at their Chandler home to meet the energetic race starter who enjoys playing basketball and riding his quad.
