GGJK 's video: ADULT BRACES 1 5YR UPDATE

Hi Friends, I'm 3/4 of the way through my adult braces treatment! Here's a little update for you guys. In this video I talk about where I'm at with my treatment, what I'm excited for, & plans after they're removed. For those new to my journey - I got adult braces at 26 (just before my 27th birthday) and will be getting them off just before my 29th birthday. I have stainless steel bottom brackets, along with ceramic top brackets. I'm very lucky with treatment as I didn't have to have any teeth removed, my elastics are very straight forward (no criss-cross patterns or huge amounts across my mouth), I did not need any teeth shaving or anything of the like.
