Wind, Rain, Snow, and freezing temps. Im servicing my Aprilia. . My local Aprilia dealer Michaels Powersports of Reno had no open service slots until June 16th. I decided I was not going to wait a month for service. I called the next closet service dealer, Elk Grove Powersports of California almost 200 miles away. They just so happened to have an open slot that day at 2:00pm, and no other openings for several weeks. I decided, this was it, I'm going come wind/rain/snow/freezing cold. I-80 was closed with chain restrictions, so HWY-50 through Tahoe was my only "safe" option. . The weather for the day was a mixture of the following: 30-40mph Wind Gusts in Reno - Carson City - Tahoe 20-30f Temperatures through parts of South Lake Tahoe and the Elderado National Forest. Rain in Sacremento - Placerville up to Eldorado Whiteout Snow in Parts of South Lake Tahoe Freezing Rain in parts of Eldorado Forest Mountain Pass . All in all it was a really great personal experience.
