@Nicolás García pierde la final y se lleva la medalla de plata en taekwondo

El español Nicolás García Hemme perdió con el argentino Sebastián Crismanich en la categoría de -80 kilos de taekwondo y se lleva la medalla de plata, tercer metal de este deporte en los Juegos de Londres. Tras los dos primeros asaltos ninguno de los dos competidores pudo anotar punto alguno. En el tercero y último fue el argentino el que logró uno que le dio la victoria. Los tres taekwondistas olímpicos españoles han ganado medalla en estos Juegos. Anteriormente, Joel González ganó el oro en -58 kilos y Brigitte Yagüe, la plata en -49.
