@What is Islam and some common misconceptions

I delivered this presentation at my work place (in Australia) on the 3rd of April 2019 to help people learn more about Islam. In the second half of the video I touch on a few common misconceptions about Islam. I'm a professional mechanical engineer and I work alongside highly educated professionals. It was interesting for me to learn how little people knew about what Islam really is. The media and the overwhelming majority of information written about Islam, whether in books or online is truly misleading and often outright falsehood. Islam is a truly beautiful way of life that enables a person to find peace in submission to Allah (God) and free themselves from being subservient to other people or created beings.
