I have watched other videos that attempted to teach you how to dance, by doing the jaywalk easy, and they were less than comprehensible. As a result, I took it upon myself to create the best how to dance tutorial for doing the jaywalk step by step. https://www.instagram.com/greg_Duh/ in order to teach you how to jaywalk dance easy, I started off by teaching how to do the Charleston Dance or (how to the wiggle walk dance). Not to be side tracked, the Jaywalk dance ORIGINATED from the Charleston; thus if you know how to do the Charleston feet dance, then learning to Jaywalk should be easier. The main difference between doing the Jaywalk and Charleston are the legs. The Charleston wiggle walk dance slangs the legs around, making them appear to be wobbly; whereare with the Jwalk dance, your legs are close together. When you are doing the JayWalk, you want your legs to be together, then bring one if front of the other while keeping your legs as stiff as possible. The secret to doing the Jaywalk is to be on your tip toes. If you are not on your tip toes when jaywalking, then the movement will be a little rigid. Another thing to remember is, that which ever leg comes in front; you want to balance on the leg that is in front, so you can hover the back leg around. Otherwise, the movement will look rigid and it will not look as smooth. Most importantly, watching this video will teach you how to do the Jaywalk dance, so you can start doing the jaywalk challenge, but you must practice to perfect it.
