Camerons Flip Professional Smoke Box Review Thanks to Camerons and The Home Depot for providing this sample. This is a nice little smoker for someone who doesn't have access to a big actual professional smoker. It is a conveniently small box made of stainless steel. It is made in China, so who knows what the quality of that stainless is.. It smokes nicely on my Weber grill. That grill allows me to control the air flow into the burn chamber. I used it on my gas grill too, and it pretty much burned out of control. You get a lot of smoke really quickly, but it doesn't stick to the food as much. I really like the fire starters that come in the kit. I am not a big fan of the wood chips that come in the combo kit. I never use Mesquite, and have not used oak before. The only wood I was interested in was the Hickory.
