Garage Kitchen of Science's video: Quick Look: Ryobi 40v Brushless Snow Thrower RY40850

Thanks to Ryobi and The Home Depot for providing this sample for me to look at. Sorry this is not a full demonstration, as I was given this in October to evaluate. Will post a demo video when I have snow. I was given this unit to evaluate before snow was available to try it on. Here are my impressions of the unit without being able to push snow through it. It is very light weight. Should be easy to push down the drive or walk way. Super easy to set up. Has two spots for batteries although only one of them provides power. Not sure why Ryobi doesn't cross connect the battery boxes so you don't have to stop and swap the batteries. The paddles are plastic, and don't look super heavy duty. Not sure how they will hold up to a gravel drive. It is significantly less noisy than a gas blower. Also, no stinky smell, those are huge pluses.
