I have to say, once I figured out how to get past being air locked, this little pump really pushed a lot of water. Pumping through a garden hose, I got a full stream of water at a height of over ten feet. I was also able to get the rated run time of 30-40 minutes, my actual time was about 33 minutes in 42 degree weather. I really like that it comes with the garden hose adapter, saving you from having to purchase that separately. I was also surprised how quiet it was. If you don't hear the water splashing out of the hose, you can barely hear it. It does come with a charger, and took about an hour to charge up from dead.
