Garage Kitchen of Science's video: Eco Coconut Natural Fire log by Ecofire

Thanks to The Home Depot and Ecofire for providing the sample for this video. This is a review of the Eco Coconut Natural fire log. I will start by saying something nice about the product. It is super easy to light, and doesn't leave much of an ash pile. The box states a burn time of two hours. I lit three logs and measured the time independently. Each log has about fifteen minutes to get to a full log burn. Then the log burns attractively for about an hour. The remainder of the time is the log slowly going out with a dim flame and lots of smoke. The really short burn time combined with a large dollar/pound of fuel makes this an item I don't recommend.
