Sausage Frankie-Kathi Roll! Made by pan searing andouille sausage, shallots, jalapeno pepper, fresh parsley. Plated on a toasted Greek Pita Bread, topped with Greek yogurt & parsley. So delicious! Subscribe to my channel and press the bell button to get notifications every time I post a new recipe: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHEwy_4i-CAcQBhLCgcAdQg Sausage Frankie/Kathi Roll Recipe Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive oil 3 precooked andouille sausage - cut into thin slices 1 Greek Pita bread - I used: https://amzn.to/36DFFdE 1 shallot - thinly sliced 1 jalapeno pepper - seeds & membrane removed then thinly sliced 1/2 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley - chopped salt to taste 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Method: Heat frying pan on medium setting. Once hot add olive oil Once the oil is hot add shallot slices, saute for a minute, add jalapeno slices Now add andouille sausage slices, toss well, add salt Sear sausage until golden brown then add half of the chopped parsley Remove from pan & set aside Warm/toast pita bread in the same pan to soak up all the goodness To plate top toasted pita bread with seared andouille sausage, Greek yogurt & parsley Wallah!
