Gastrofork's video: Easy Chinese Tomato and Egg Dish Gastrofork ca

I love making this dish, its simple and delicious! You'll have to excuse my raspy voice and the lateness of the video - I'm sick :( RECIPE: Serves: 3-4 people Ingredients: 8 eggs, beatened 3 tomatoes (I used Roma tomatoes), sliced 3-4 stalks, green onion chopped 1-2 tsp sugar (optional) pinch of salt (optional) Procedure: 1. Beat eggs with a whisk. 2. In a pan lightly oiled, cook the eggs and break apart. 3. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add a little bit of oil and cook tomatoes. 5. Add the eggs back in and mix. 6. Add sugar/salt. 7. Add green onions. 8. Serve hot.
