Due to some exceptionally poor playing on my part we wound up reaching the hardest levels in the game with very few lives and in the name of trying to keep the run on schedule we mercy killed it at the techno spider boss.) The sequel to Cool Spot, Spot Goes to Hollywood retains what made the original game great but turns it into an isometric 3D platformer. The objective is still to collect enough "cool points" to reach the exit, however. In this quest, rather than save his friends, Spot traverses various movie sets in order to reach the red carpet premiere of his feature film. The change in locales means that your bonus point items all become things to match the "theme" of the levels, which is a fun touch. This game is much harder than Cool Spot, though. Even with this set on a lower difficulty and with more lives this run was ultimately a failure. The first three worlds are completed, though the fourth & final world proves to be too difficult given Draco's lack of extra lives and continues. An exceptionally cheap boss combined with a stage with an extremely bad control scheme spelled the death of this run about an hour in. Also, for the record, screw that minecart stage. Despite this being an incomplete run, we hope you still enjoy the video nonetheless.
