SUBMITTER: (N/A) Ice Road Truckers, or IRT if you wanna get fancy about this, is a show on the History Channel about people who drive 18-wheelers across icy roads in Alaska. Yes, hundreds of professional screenplay writers are out of a job because idiots would rather just watch people drive trucks around instead of watching anything remotely close to approaching "history". IRT's corresponding shovelware game for PC, however, is actually pretty good for what it is. It's just an endless runner but there's something kind of special about seeing an 18-wheeler fly down a snowy road and getting massive air as it hits ramps and skitters across cracks in the ice that at slower speeds it would've fallen into. This game is fun because it's ridiculous, and that's why it's been a recurring feature in our marathons. It's no longer a "planned" challenge, but the 15,000km attempt is put into the box every year. It's worth noting that for this attempt, like all others, Draco is using the "Ghost Driver" glitch in the game. This is achieved very easily: Upon starting up the game for the first time simply ignore the option to hire a driver. Instead, spend the 100K the game starts you with to max out all of your vehicle's stats. You do not actually need a driver in order to, uh, *drive* the truck.
