Gavin J Gallagher's video: The Twin Towers - New York in the 1980 s part 4

I made this video back in June 1989 during a short vacation in New York City. At the time I was 16 years old and dead-set on becoming an architect so I was totally fixated on New York skyscrapers. My memory of the amazing World Trade Center towers in New York City - having climbed to the observation deck several times, first in 1987 and again in 1989 and we had lunch on Christmas Day 2000. I still find it hard to imagine the terrible fate to befall these buildings and all those souls just 9 months after our family lunch. This is one of dozens of videos I made on my trusty Sony Video-8 whose, video cassettes I rediscovered only recently and have had them all converted to digital.
