This 30 min upper body workout (no equipment body weight exercises for women & men ) will help you tone & sculpt you upper back, arms, shoulders, help build strength & increase endurance. If you want lean, defined arm muscles do this bodyweight only workout regularly. it is a great workout as inversions prep.
