A National Shame of worst order!!! When SC asked the Govt, why POTA be not invoked against Hasan Ali Khan, the Solicitor General of India immediately informed the court, "POTA had been revoked(!)"! Ironically UPA faught the 2004 elections with 'Revoking POTA' as their main bone of contention that took centre stage in their manifesto. POTA was revoked when UPA-1 came to power, in spite of vociferous protests by BJP/NDA then, in both the houses of Parliament !!
