Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth's video: COVID-19 Webinar Series: Health Disparities COVID-19 and How Data Science Can Help

The COVID-19 pandemic is revealing the depths of health inequity in the U.S. and abroad. Irene Dankwa-Mullan, MD, MPH, MED’97 will draw on her two decades of experience in primary care, clinical research, public health, disparities, and data science, as she leads a discussion on how advanced analytical technology can help lessen the impact of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable populations. Prior to joining IBM, Dankwa-Mullan served in two roles at the National Institutes of Health—director of the Office of Innovation and Program Coordination and deputy director for Division of Scientific Programs within the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities. Dankwa-Mullan currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
