Gene Activated's video: Grow the Middle of your CHEST How to do PEC DECK FLY Correctly

Do you struggle to grow the Middle of your chest? The Pec Deck Fly is a great exercise that targets the middle of your chest if done correctly. 1. To begin, you want to make sure your seat is adjusted to the correct height so the handles are in line with your chest. 2. Select the range of motion according to your comfort level so you don’t aggravate your shoulders 3. Bring your butt slightly forward so you can lean back more on the pad and expand your chest 4. Once your arms are fully extended, pop your chest out and slowly bring your hands together. Think about “closing an open book” 5. Squeeze your biceps as hard as you can and as a result you will get a nice contraction in your chest 6. Return back to the starting position in a slow and controlled manner 7.
