In this edition of ‘George to the Rescue’: a stunning living room and home office transformation for a dedicated educator Point Pleasant, NJ and her sweet family. Lori Cordasco, a hardworking trailblazer of sorts, is proud to have been the first reading specialist hired by the Point Pleasant School district over a decade ago. In addition to her full-time job, she spends four to five nights a week tutoring students. Recently, however, Lori and her husband Frank embarked on renovating their home little by little on their own, and the GTTR team — thanks to the time, vision, and expertise of John Tym Builders, Cabitron Kitchens, interior designer Tracy Pearce and more talented contributors — was beyond thrilled for the opportunity to show Lori some well-deserved love in return and help this community-oriented family make progress toward turning their fixer-upper into a dream home.
