Geralt Benchmarks's video: Optimizing GOW Ragnarok Graphics Settings GTX 1660 SUPER RTX 3060 RTX 4060 RTX 4070 SUPER

@Optimizing GOW Ragnarok Graphics Settings | GTX 1660 SUPER | RTX 3060 | RTX 4060 | RTX 4070 SUPER
Special thanks to PlayStation Brazil for sending me the game. This game becomes MUCH more demanding after you get to Svaltalfheim so I decided to create a Custom Preset that looks great and also performs nicely. 00:00 - Low, Native 1080p (GTX 1660 SUPER) 01:33 - Custom aiming 60fps, 1080p + FG (GTX 1660 SUPER) 03:27 - Custom for even more FPS, 1080p + FG, FSR (GTX 1660 SUPER) 05:19 - Medium, Native 1080p (RTX 3060) 07:02 - Custom aiming 60fps, Native 1080p (RTX 3060) 08:52 - Custom for even more FPS, 1080p + DLSS (RTX 3060) 10:39 - Custom for 1440p + DLSS (RTX 3060) 12:28 - Medium, Native 1080p (RTX 4060) 13:59 - Custom aiming 60fps, Native 1080p (RTX 4060) 16:02 - Custom for even more FPS, 1080p + DLSS (RTX 4060) 17:37 - Custom for 1440p + DLSS (RTX 4060) 19:35 - Ultra, Native 1440p (RTX 4070 SUPER) 21:00 - Ultra, 1440p + DLSS (RTX 4070 SUPER) 22:35 - Custom for +120fps, 1440p DLSS (RTX 4070 SUPER) Here is what I recommend: Scaling Method/Frame Gen: Tune to liking. Personally, if your GPU supports DLSS, I would use it even at 1080p; it looks fantastic in this game (DLSS Quality). On 1660 Super, I would use Native Resolution + FG + Reflex since FSR Quality won't look as good as DLSS at 1080p. DLSS FG is not working yet. DLAA/FSR Native AA draws about 7fps, use TAA if you want extra performance. Frame Gen adds a bit of input lag, I normally don't notice it but since this game's combat is very fast, it can be noticed. I would use it only if necessary (On 1660 Super for example) Graphical Quality: Texture: I would use High for 6GB GPUs, I believe 8GB is enough for Ultra. Models: Medium (One of the most demanding settings, Medium looks great and isn't demanding) Anisotropic Filter: Ultra Lighting: Ultra Shadows: Low (One of the most demanding settings, but surprisingly, Shadows look excellent on Low, just compare for yourself changing between Medium and Low and you will know what I'm talking about) Reflections: Ultra Atmospherics: Medium (Not very demanding, but Medium is enough) Ambient Occlusion: Ultra Tessellation: Ultra *These are my settings, it looks quite similar to Ultra for me, performance-wise it performs better than Medium Settings and it is more demanding than Low. *Recording takes 3fps CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D COOLER: SuperFrame ISENGARD 360mm MOBO: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite V2 RAM: Kingston Fury Renegade 32GB 6400MHz C32 DDR5 PSU: XPG Core Reactor 850W 80plus Gold STORAGE: Fanxiang S770 2TB NVMe 4.0 7400/6800 (+4TB HDD) CASE: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Hall of Fame
