Gid Joiner's video: Hospital bed make-over Pt1 - Making the headboard

A hospital bed I'm giving a make-over with Medite MR MDF, spray painted with PU gloss enamel paint, I really didn't have clue how to work this out or whether it would be viable i the end, I used a lock mitre router cutter but that didn't turn out too well on such a big item, i used a rebated joint to make the footboard, the rails i remade out of Beech, The Axminster Craft AC220RD Bench Radial Drill gets to earn it's money in these vids, I don't make these videos to make money, I make them to share the tips I've learnt over 36yrs as a joiner, but editing & filming does take a lot of time so if you have gained anything from any of my videos & would like to donate pls follow the link below, every little helps.
