Gid Joiner's video: Fitting some simple shelves in Deb s laundry room Ply Pine

These are some simple shelves for storage that are going to get painted, I first cut a rebate on some 70mm x 32mm timber with the table saw for the front rail that will help to stop these 1metre wide shelves bending/sagging, I fixed 45mm x 20mm timber to the wall with 70mm x 5g ScrewTite screws & 6mm red plugs. i drilled the wall with a Bosch 18v SDS drill with a 6mm masonry bit, I cut the shelves roughly to size with a Makita 36v cordless track plunge saw, then scribed them to fit the wall with a compass, the front timber with the rebate in was glued with Everbuild 30MIN PU7 glue & pinned using a FN001GD201 40V MAX XGT 18g Brushless Brad Nailer, then sanded with a Makita 18v orbital disk sander, I don't make these videos to make money or out of vanity, I make them to share the tips I've learnt over 36yrs as a joiner, but filming, editing, exporting, reviewing & uploading does take a lot of time, so if you have gained/learnt anything from any of my videos & would like to thank me or help me out you can show your appreciation by donating & pls clicking the PayPal link below, it has a card details option if you don't have a PayPal account, every little helps & will be much appreciated.
