I was so lucky to meet Dr. Bruce Lipton at his recent workshop at Farum Arena in Denmark 2022. When he speaks about early programming of our kids before the age of 7 it resonates deeply within me. I have been writing several books with heart meditation for kids and have now published four of them in English. Meditating with my kids at bedtime has been such a profound experience in our lives and has helped us so much. I share more about this in this short video, where I also share some of the wisdom I have received from talking to Dr. Rev. Paul Luftenegger, who shared the stage with Dr. Lipton in Denmark as a divine healing musician. Early programming IS so important.
