@How To Get Seller and Buyer Leads Using Facebook Ads and Pixel Zoom Meeting - Part 2
In this class we learned the importance of the Facebook Pixel to capture leads that go to our Landing Pages, yet are reluctant to fill out their contact information on the Landing Page. We learned 1) how to create your Facebook Pixel, 2) how in install it into our Landing Pages, and 3) how to use the Facebook Pixel and the URL of our Landing Page to create a Custom Audience in Facebook. The Facebook Pixel is a "tracker" that captures the Facebook ID of anyone that lands on our Landing Page and puts them into a Custom Audience. A Custom Audience allows us use the leads contained therein and "remarket" to them. We assume that the leads in the Custom Audience had some interest in your product or service from your initial Facebook Ad, but failed to fill out the Landing Page. The beauty of the Facebook Pixel is it does not care if a lead fills out the Landing Page or not. If a lead lands on your Landing Page, Facebook will put their Facebook ID into the Custom Audience. A week later as your Custom Audience is continuing to grow with leads, you create a second Facebook Ad with a call to action (another Landing Page) to see if you can entice them to buy, sell or take the action you seek by giving you their contact information. You can repeat the "remarketing" Ads a second, third and fourth time knowing that most consumers don't buy after the first time they see or hear about the product or service. In this class we showed how to convert the Property Website for one of your Listings into a Landing Page. Was pretty easy. We then installed the Facebook Pixel (copied and pasted) into our Property Website Landing Page. Again an easy task shown in this video. We then went to the Ads Manager in your Facebook and created the "Custom Audience". Fairly easy as the Custom Audience just needed the URL of our Property Website and asked us to name the Custom Audience. Lastly, we created the actual Facebook Ad. For today's class we used a very attractive picture of the front of the house that our Realtor listed for sale. Above and below the picture, we gave enough information to "tease" a buy to want more information and then told the audience "to click LEARN MORE for more pictures, virtual tour, price and location". When an interested lead clicks the LEARN MORE button, it takes the lead to the Property Website Landing Page asking the lead for their contact information. You will get several people to fill out the Landing Page with their contact information and you will help them. A majority of the leads will not fill out the Landing Page, however, with the power of the Facebook Pixel, you will capture these leads in your Custom Audience to be "remarketed" again and again to try to get them to take some action. Enjoy the class and growing your business.
