As Russian forces close in on Mariupol, there are now concerns the Russian military may have captured Canadians holed up inside the city's Azovstal steel plant. Russia's defence ministry says according to Ukrainians who have surrendered, there are up to 400 foreign fighters inside the facility, including Canadians. That information has not been verified, although analysts say it's plausible.
