Global News's video: Mr Dressup documentary celebrates legacy of iconic Canadian entertainer

'Mr. Dressup: The Magic of Make-Believe' is a documentary coming to Amazon Prime on Oct. 10 about the iconic Canadian children's entertainer, Ernie Coombs, better known as Mr. Dressup. The documentary will look back at the legacy Coombs left behind, and tell the story of a Canadian legend. "This is not just a dated program from another era, from dad's generation or other ones. This [show] still has a lot of value to offer kids," the documentary's director Rob McCallum told Global News. Puppeteer Jani Lauzon reflected on working with Coombs, calling him an "incredible man," adding the message he left behind was a special one: "you could create something out of nothing."
