In my home congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses, the elders have given permission to celebrate Christmas including giving sacrifice to the pagan idol Frei. Jehovah Witnesses believe that the Watchtower god (Jehovah) gets sad and upset if someone does something he does not like. So there is a long list of things that Watchtower (Jehovah) doesn't allow us to do.
