What Motivated and Who Inspired me to create a YouTube Channel. Feeling helpless as I watched First Time HomeBuilders but wanting to extend my experience as an Energy Efficient Modern Home Builder. As a student of Building Science, today's homes are required To Go Build It Better. Wanting action not just words included in the video are some tractor work as I prepare an incredible homesite for sale, included are my dog and cat for a little distraction. Navigating ever changing advances in the Home Building Industry should not be difficult, but a willingness to not settle for "the way it's always been done" can lead to more comfortable homes when directional mistakes are not in the Budget. Personally I have benefitted from knowledge handed down without any expectation of repayment other than to share it. Matthew 25:40 reinforces these values.
