@Xenacanthus Devonian & Triassic Prehistoric Predator Shark Documentary
Happy 2020 New Year. I hope you enjoyed this new video. Xenacanthus: Devonian & Triassic Prehistoric Predator Shark Documentary Xenacanthus was active from the end of the Devonian Period 208 million years ago, to the end of the Triassic Period around 360 million years ago from the 21st century before going extinct, which means the xenacanthus prehistoric genus of freshwater sharks were successful species in terms of long lasting survival. Xenacanthus had a slim, elongated body with a low dorsal fin that extended down, merging with its triangular, pointed tail. to the back of the skull, a long, sharp, movable spine projected. This spine was made of bone. Even though bone manufacture is not commonly associated with cartilaginous fishes, it was possible with certain tissues, such as the vertebrae, of certain shark species. Xenacanthus had a number of features that distinguished it from modern sharks. Check out and subscribe to my main YouTube Channel for more amazing and original creative content.
