LET'S SEE THE INGREDIENTS LIST
Ingredients:-
* Lemon (नींबू) - 1 kg
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 2 tbsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) -2 tbsp
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1 tsp
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1 tbsp
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 tbsp
* Rock salt (सेंधा नमक) - 1-1.5 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - 2.5-3 tbsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
* Dry ginger powder (सोंठ पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Clove powder (लौंग पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 200-250 grams

सब्जियों का भी बाप है ये अचार, 1 बार बनाएंगे तो बार बार खाएंगे | Nimbu Ka Achar Homemade Easy Tangy Achar Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
* Lemon(नींबू) - 3kg
* Salt(नमक) - 5 Tbsp
* Yellow Mustard Seeds(पिली राई दाल) - 3 Tbsp
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 3 Tbsp
* Coriander Seeds सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 1/2Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 3 Tbsp
* Fenugreek Seeds(कसूरी मेथी) - 2 Tbsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) -1 Tbsp
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - 2 Spoon
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Crushed Red Chili (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 2 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder((कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 3 Tbsp
* Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) - 1/4 cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1Tsp
RECIPE:
Take some Lemon . Wash them, then wipe them with a dry cloth. Finely chop the Lemons into 4 parts. Put the chopped Lemon in a bowl. Squeeze some Lemon Juice, put some Saltin it and mix it well. Then cover it and keep it for 24 hours. Keep the pan on the flame, put Crushed Yellow Mustard Seeds & Fenugreek Seeds. roast them, then take them out on a plate. in the same pan, put Fennel Seeds, Carom Seeds, Dried Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds & take out them. Keep them for cooling down then put some Hing Powder and coarsely ground the Spices. Put some Salt according to Species, Turmeric Powder, crushed Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Put coarsely ground Spices in the pickles, put some Mustard Oil in it gradually. Mix them well & the Pickle will get ready. Put it in a glass jar & after 1-2 days put some Sugar in it, then enjoy the tasty & tangy Lemon Pickle for a long time.
