Rajesh's wife Sheela dies in a car accident while on their way to Khandala. Rajesh tries to pick up the pieces of his life and eventually meets another woman and falls in love. Before he can remarry, his first wife makes a reappearance and tries to convince him that she did not die in the crash but was only unconscious. Rajesh is faced with the question of whether his wife is really alive and if so, who was the woman who died in the crash.
