Every time that I try to get into Warhammer 40k I get grumpy and frustrated... and I think I finally know why. I don't play enough! The rules change faster than my ability or desire to learn new rules. My hypothesis is that 40k is fun for ~hardcore gamers, and kinda miserable for ~casual players.
