The 2018 tournament season ended on a high note for Team GOODE as four of eight slalom golds and more than half of all slalom medals awarded at the 2018 35+ Water Ski World Championships were won by skiers riding GOODEs.  The championships took place from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2, at Lago Los Morros in San Bernado, Chile,  Skiers who rode GOODEs to world slalom titles were Josefin Hirst (35+ Women), Kyle Tate (45+ Men), Dave Miller (55+ Men) and Cyndi Benzel (65+ Women).  Highlights of the tournament included podium sweeps in 35+ Women (Hirst, Trish Burt and Brandy Nagle) and 45+ Men (Tate, Todd Johnson and Todd Kuykendall) and a 1-5 sweep of 55+ Men (Miller, Bruce Dodd, Mike Morgan, Chet Raley and Michael Robinson).  Additional GOODE skiers earning top-five finishes were Renee Jaquess (4th, 35+ Women), Barton Rachwal (5th, 35+ Men), Brenda Nichols (2nd, 45+ Women), Gail Case (4th, 45+ Women), Alberto Soares (5th, 45+ Men), Joy Kelley (2nd, 55+ Women), Alison Poulsen (3rd, 55+ Women), Shirley Coble (4th, 65+ Women), and Bob Hardeman (2nd, 65+ Men).  In the team event, the United States took home the gold with 14,908.94 points, while Great Britain (12,033.36) and Germany (11,125.96) finished second and third, respectively.  For full results, visit http://www.iwwfed-ea.org/competition.php?cc=T-18IWWF02&page=TimeTable
