Obama's false promises and empty rhetoric to pass stricter gun control regulations which he has repeated after each mass murder have come to naught . In fact Obama has expanded gun rights . Obama a few days later set up a group to come up with tangible proposals for strict Gun Control sales and ownership by January 1st. The question is will Obama follow through with executive orders or signing statements or legislation once the public pressure on him dissipates. Obama's major problem on any controversial issue is that he doesn't want to rock the boat or challenge the status quo and so fails to follow though on his promises once he meets with any resistance.
