Another case of police use of excessive force/police brutality on a Black man who in this case was just walking along the sidewalk when police stopped him. The man in question is a 32 year old who is autistic and we are told has the mental capacity of a five year old. Neighbors and his mother tried to intervene but police ignored them and tasered & threw him on the ground.
