The US has resorted to kidnapings renditions , murder aka Targeted Assassinations, the torture of POWs. the murder of wounded combatants , the murder of those who try to surrender, the targeting of civilian populations in retaliation operations , the mass bombing of highly populated urban areas, the use of Phosphorus, Cluster Bombs, 500 LB Bunker Busters , Land Mines, Unmanned Drones, the use of Helicopter gunships on small groups of alleged insurgents or terrorists and so forth.Obama if anything has revved up the Global War on Terror .
