Przepis jak samemu upiec chleb w domu. Chleb domowy z tego przepisu jest bardzo dobry w smaku ma chrupiącą skórką i jest prosty w wykonaniu. Po upieczeniu waży ok 1,5 kg. Składniki: 750 g mąki pszennej ( 200 g dodaje najpierw do rozczynu z drożdży i mleka) 30 g drożdży 2 łyżeczki soli 1 łyżeczka cukru 2 łyżki oleju 2 szk ciepłego mleka 1 jajko forma: 35 x 12 cm.
